Took my car for a smoke test, they kept my car for two entire days and when it was returned, it had a large scratch on the bumper area. They didn’t care to make it right or fix their mistake. I will never go back to them again.

I’ve been taking my car here since 2023, and I had my mom take her old car there too. Everything was fine until they got new management/owners. Their shop lost my tire lug key, and failed to take care of that right away. We asked about it a couple of times, and never heard about it. Until recently I had no choice but to get it taken care of because of my brakes were so bad and needed to be changed. I could not wait any longer. They offered to take my car to Sacramento, but I can’t take time off work, nor did my brakes have enough life in them to safely drive all the way there. They did not offer a rental car either, so I had to get it done by a family member who had to pry on my lug key for hours and ended up having to mess up my rims. The stress it had me under was something I should have never gone through. As a business they should have taken care of it right away. The owner Danny lied and was not very professional when speaking to me over the phone. Also My mom ended up selling them her car for dirt cheap, he was going to Fix it up and resell it , but I found out the person he sold the car to is having major Issues with it. Great service all the way !! Since the tow truck dropped off my son’s vehicle until her drove it off from the shop. Danny is very knowledgeable and gave us helpful tips. I highly recommend him very easy to talk to as a well. Great service all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Family owned and operated business!! The entire staff is so friendly, understanding & great at communicating. Lobby is also clean & comfortable with drinks and snacks while you wait. Shout out to Bryan who was incredible. You guys did an excellent job and really helped me out. Even as a walk in client!
